Akums Medicine and Prescription drugs Ltd mentioned, the Revenue Tax (IT) Division had performed a search on the places of work and manufacturing items of the corporate and its subsidiaries.
The corporate’s inventory value ended down 7 per cent at ₹581.75, on the BSE, Wednesday.
“Now we have absolutely cooperated with the officers of IT Division through the search and responded to the clarifications and particulars sought by them. We’ll proceed to supply any additional clarification/data that could be required,” the corporate instructed the inventory trade. “The enterprise operations of the corporate proceed as traditional besides some minor hiccups,” it added.
A contract manufacturing and improvement organisation, Akums mentioned in a communication to the media, “Our procedures and documentation strictly adhere to authorized and regulatory necessities, guaranteeing full compliance and fostering belief amongst stakeholders.
